Can I schedule a party?

Yes, you can schedule your party with us. You may book online, call our party planner at +971 4 232 8099, or visit our store.

Can I bring in a bear for repair?

Our store associates can make minor repairs in stores. However, we are not able to accept bears that require extensive repairs.

What is your return policy?

You may exchange or return defective products, or products delivered differently from what was ordered, within 14 days of receiving the goods.

All items must be in their original packaging and must not show signs of damage from play.

Build-A-Bear offers customers the option of a free exchange, provided the item is priced the same or less than the originally purchased item.

Products must be returned within 14 days of your return notification, either in person or sent to Build-A-Bear Workshop, Dubai Festival City, 1st Floor, Dubai, UAE.

Are refunds available?

For returned products, a new product will be delivered in exchange for the defective or incorrect product received.

Refunds are not applicable for returned products, except when the returned product is unavailable in stock. In that case, a refund may be offered after reviewing the validity of the return.

Orders that have already been delivered or are out for delivery cannot be cancelled.

Can I cancel my order online?

It is not possible to cancel an online order without contacting one of our customer service representatives.

Refunds will be made on cancelled orders once the cancellation is confirmed by email communication.

What if I received something I didn’t order?

Sometimes, little gremlins creep into our boxes and change a Build-A-Bear order. If there are any discrepancies with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.

If incorrect goods were shipped, please accept our apologies and contact our customer service team at +971 56 413 1899 or email info@buildabear.ae. They will arrange collection of the goods, and replacements will be sent at no extra cost.

What if the website description doesn’t match what I received?

Sometimes we get it wrong. If the image, description, price, or availability is incorrect, we may not be able to replace the item with the exact product that was incorrectly represented.

We promise to do our best to avoid these mistakes and will do our best to rectify the issue, but we cannot confirm that the exact replacement product will be supplied.
